Life Purpose Coach, Empath, and Pattern-Hunter

I help people in midlife who feel stuck or lost rediscover who they are –
so they can build a life that feels meaningful, grounded, and theirs.

That’s a bold thing to claim, I know.
Let’s talk about what I mean.

🌿 My Superpowers

At my core, the reason I get up in the morning is Love – the kind that reminds people they’re already worthy of love.

I believe my purpose is to help people remember two simple truths:

  1. You are worth loving.

  2. You are already loved.

My strongest gift is empathy – I feel what others feel. When you’re hurting, I sense it. When you’re excited, I feel that spark right along with you. That’s what allows me to ask the right questions – the ones that help you find your own clarity.

I’m also a supercommunicator – a human radar dish for what people really mean beneath their words. I don’t just hear what you say; I hear what your heart is trying to say.

And I’m a pattern hunter. I notice the threads that connect your experiences, your values, and your stories – the ones that show you who you really are and what you need next.

These gifts are how I help people untangle what’s keeping them stuck and find their way forward.

🌸 So… what does that mean for you?

It means I’m not just here to coach you – I’m here to walk beside you while you rediscover your purpose.

I love helping people hear themselves again – the quiet inner voice that got drowned out by noise, duty, or exhaustion. I listen deeply. I notice patterns. And I help you see the truth that’s already inside you.

Here you’ll find honesty, empathy, and a safe space to grow into the next version of yourself.

🦋 My Journey

People often ask, “How did you end up as a Life Purpose Coach?”

Honestly? Through growth, loss, and a whole lot of grace.

In 2006, while in grad school, I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS). My life changed overnight. Fatigue and pain made it impossible to finish my degree or continue my career. There were days I barely made it from the bed to the sofa – and that was it.

I felt useless, invisible, and unsure who I was anymore. But in that quiet, I started asking myself deeper questions.

What if my worth wasn’t in what I could do, but in who I am?
What if my limitations were actually an invitation – to live with more love, intention, and purpose?

That’s when my transformation began. I realized I didn’t have to be who I was before MS. I could build something new – something meaningful –  right from where I was.

And that’s exactly what I did.

I began researching purpose, fulfillment, and how people find meaning after life throws them a curveball. I studied, trained, and tested everything I learned on myself first. Over time, that journey turned into a program – Life’s Too Short to Feel This Stuck – and eventually, into a full coaching practice.

💫 My Passion

If you’re in midlife and wondering, “Is this all there is?” – you’re not alone.

Maybe your kids are grown, your career feels flat, or life just doesn’t look the way you expected. You’ve spent years taking care of everyone else, and now it’s your turn – but you’re not sure what your turn even looks like.

That’s where I come in.

I help you:

  • Reconnect with who you are right now (not who you were ten years ago)

  • Get clear on what truly matters to you

  • Find your unique sense of purpose

  • Create a plan that feels doable, meaningful, and fulfilling

I’ve walked this road myself. I’ve rebuilt my life from the ground up – with compassion, courage, and a few tears along the way. And I can help you do the same.

🌷 Are You Ready for Your Life to Change?

If you’re ready to stop feeling stuck and start feeling alive again, let’s talk.
There’s no pressure, no judgment – just an honest conversation about where you are and where you want to go next.

When Being Good at Something Becomes a Trap

Nobody warns you about this particular kind of stuck.

You’re not stuck because you failed. You’re not stuck because you chose wrong or took a wrong turn or missed your calling somewhere along the way. You’re stuck because you’re good at something. Really good. And the people around you have noticed, and they need you to keep being good at

The Measuring Stick That Makes Every Rest Feel Like Failure

There’s a measuring stick a lot of us grew up with, and most of us never thought to question it.

It goes something like this: your value as a person is tied to what you produce. What you achieve. What you can point to and say, I did that. The degree on the wall. The promotion. The marathon medal. The
